Condition guide

Excellent: Very light to no visible wear. Typically strong battery health (often ~90%+). Minimal scratches/scuffs.
Good: Minor wear (small scratches/scuffs). Usually solid battery health (often ~85%+). Great value option.
Fair: Noticeable wear (more scratches/scuffs). Battery health may be lower (80% minimum). Still fully functional.

If you want a minimum battery health (e.g. 90%+) or want to avoid deep scratches, add it in Notes and we’ll aim for it.

3 Sourcing speed (deposit)

Priority sourcing (3–7 days) — 10% deposit Fastest option. Uncommon colours and higher storage combinations can lean toward the longer end (closer to 7 days).

Standard sourcing (7–14 days) — 5% deposit Lower deposit. Best for flexible sourcing and common colour/storage combos.

Deposit is 5% (standard) or 10% (priority) of your phone price (excluding add-ons). You approve the sourced unit before paying the remainder.

4 Delivery method (after we source)

Pickup (Wyndham Vale) — Free We message you when the phone is ready.

Tracked delivery — $9.99 AU-wide tracked shipping.

Local drop-off — $19.99 Local delivery once sourced.

How approval & final payment works

We source the device that matches your request and confirm the condition with you.
If you chose Pickup: we arrange a time for you to inspect in person, then you pay the remainder.
If you chose Delivery or Local Drop-off: we’ll video call you to show the phone’s condition.
If you’re happy, we send an invoice for the remainder (including the delivery/postage fee). Once paid, we ship immediately (or arrange drop-off).

Your deposit is always credited toward the final total for the phone.
